Inter-City Rules Summary
For Allen, McKinney, Frisco, and Wylie inter-city games.

Short-handed rule. Failure to have 9 players by completion of first time through order results in an automatic out at the end of the lineup.

Pick-up players. Max 2 pickup players to reach a total of 9. Must play outfield, bat last, and wear their original team uniform.
- ·
Dugouts. Home team uses 1st base dugout; visitors use 3rd base dugout.
- ·
Hit batters. Pitcher must be replaced for the inning if hitting 3 batters in a single inning.
- ·
Standings tiebreakers. 1. Head-to-head winning percentage. 2. Coin toss / random drawing.

Placement awards eligibility.

Note
Inter-city dugout assignments are the reverse of the WBSA league-wide rule (Article II, Section 4B), which puts the home team in the 3rd base dugout.
